Since the inception of Ballet Manila’s summer workshop over 20 years ago, the company and the school have taken extraordinary pride in their recitals. More than just a culminating activity for the students, Just Dance! is an extravagant affair that not only highlights each participant's newly learned skills but also offers an authentic theatrical performance for both the young artists on stage and the guests in the audience.

The show, just like any season performance, is a professional undertaking on and off stage. It allows the students to witness firsthand the complex but fulfilling process of producing a ballet and to actively participate in it through their dance numbers. As a result, they come away with a better appreciation of what it takes to become professional ballet dancers.
