2022: A year of inspiration

Emerging from a devastating fire and a catastrophic pandemic, Ballet Manila has fulfilled its promise to rise like a phoenix and return to the stage with a bang. 

While the past year was marked with triumph, the year had its fair share of difficulties. But through it all, the company – led by prima ballerina Lisa Macuja-Elizalde – faced the challenges with determination and grace under pressure.
