Choreography in focus: The Sleeping Beauty
At the heart of Ballet Manila's The Swan, The Fairy, and The Princess is the beautiful music of Pyotr Tchaikovsky who wrote the melodies for the most romantic ballets ever staged. A tale that every child grew up with, The Sleeping Beauty is told with a music that is equally memorable. It tells the story of Princess Aurora who was cursed to lay asleep until the spell is broken by true love's kiss. The Swan, The Fairy, and The Princess will run from October 14-16 at the Aliw Theater.
