Step: Soubresaut

How: From 5th Position, the dancer jumps up in the air in the same 5th as position as demonstrated and lands back in the same start position.

Tip: When in the air, cross the legs from the inner thighs instead so the legs are properly crossed mid air all the way down to the feet for a rotated and clean classical line.

Ballet: Whilst used commonly in class, it is also seen during many Male variations as a preparation step before a Tour en L’air.

Dancer: Jamil Montibon, Company Artist

Location: CCP Complex, Roxas Boulevard
